Are you Vin Diesael?

While shopping for Camouflage for an up & coming paintball war Josh was approached by three teenagers asking the best questions ever…I have to tell you all that I am walking behind Jd talkin’ on the phone to my favorite person in the whole word, as he throws clothes back to me. I am walkin’ & talkin’ one hand is connected to my little sliver cell phone, & my other hand is holding his coat, bags form others stores, & getting ready to catch a shirt that he thinks he needs. Without dropping anything this Camo shirt goes right into place… as I said it is Camouflage, it began to bend in. As I notice these silly teenagers, following us around like little lost puppies. I could tell that they wanted to say something I slowed my follow & stood back while one got enough courage to ask his smoldering question. Keep in mind that Josh is not a big Vin Diesel fan for many reasons. “Are you Vin Diesel?” Jd just shakes his head & walks away… without Josh knowing I began to laugh I told the person to whom I was talking to what just happened & with my somewhat free hand I lift up my pointer finger to my glossy lips & whisper SHH & with a nod of my head those teenagers got a smirk on their faces. I made them feel that they were right & that the man who just wrote them off is the man to whom they thought he was! Now It is time for me to change Josh’s name to Vin, “Are you finished here Vin?” I ask. : ) Of course, Josh looks nothing like Vin Diesel nevertheless it is always fun to tease my husband. The end of this story is that we had to leave the store without his Camouflage clothes…& what Josh did outside the store to make those kids leave him alone still makes my sick to my stomach. Let us just say that Jake would be very proud of my husband. As for me I wish I still had my dignity.Our girls think that their dad looks like Hit Man.

Good times with Amanda & Jamison...

Jamison & Amanda came back to Oregon...= > of course it was for Amanda's work however, they were able to hang with us for a while. We went to lunch at McCools it was actually was not bad. The girls had an excellent time chitchatting & playing M.A.S.H with them. We sure do miss living so close to the Hemmerts, they are great friends. [Who needs to update their Blog!!!]

"IF" The Musical...

Patience was in her school musical... we are so very proud of her, she sang beautifully, & had a huge smile on her gorgeous face, it was fanatic!!!The high lite from that night was that her dad surprised her by coming home early from a business trip to see her on her BIG opening night! She was not the only one who was surprised I too had no clue he was comin' in early. What that man would not do for his little ladies.

Sampson was once a small meek puppy, NOT the case anymore. He is a reckless toddler who needs to taste everything, needs a ton of attention from everyone, he knocks over things with his strong black tail, & he makes my backyard a huge mess. Sampson drives me nuts...if only I could shake him! ; )
The girls did such a good job decorating the Prefect Christmas tree this year. While their dad was out of town for business our little ladies wanted to surprise him with the house being decorated for Christmas. Which they did pull off quite well...Josh told them that he loves the beautiful Christmas tree & the house looks & smells like Christmas. Oh the smiles on their faces are indescribable, just the idea that their daddy loves what they did & do makes them unbelievably happy.

While “The Man” was out of town for business, the girls & I had a fantastic time just being silly girls watching girly movies, shopping, painting fingernails & toenails, going out to dinner, staying up really later & I even got to hold Addison’s hair back as she was sick. ; }

We also went to a charming movie called Enchanted if you have not seen it yet & have sweet little ladies at home like me, you should take them to this delightful movie. The two video below are the girls “Favorite” songs from the movie & sing them all day long…They even talked me into buying the soundtrack off iTunes!

civil war...beavers & ducks

38-31 victory for the Beavers...Hannah & Josh are in high spirits. Hannah is rubbing it in…she is more similar to her dad than I like to believe sometimes. Addison & Patience continue asking me to make her STOP! However if they would just stop & think about last years game it was them rubbing it in her face. Paybacks are a pain!
